Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to all states?
We ship our clones as hemp plants with less than 0.3% THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, we do not ship to states where it is prohibited.
How are the clones shipped?
To ensure the health and safety of your plants during transit, we use:
- Discreet Packaging: Clones are shipped in plain boxes with no cannabis branding.
- Climate-Controlled Transit: Our packaging includes a battery-powered light to maintain optimal conditions for the live plants.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
- Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders of $300 or more. Use the code CLONEFREE at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ship out Monday through Wednesday only.
- Delivery Time: Delivery takes 1-5 days within the continental US.
- Tracking: Real-time tracking is provided for all orders.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day cannabis clone delivery within Michigan.
- Same-Day Delivery: Place your order by 2 pm for a chance at same-day delivery.
- Delivery Area: We deliver to all major Michigan cities, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Grand Rapids.
- Delivery Fee: A $20 delivery fee is applied to all orders, which is waived for orders of $150 or more.
- Special Orders: For after-hours deliveries, large/commercial orders, or custom strain requests, please contact us directly.

What if I have an issue with my clones?
We stand by the quality of our plants. If you find any issue with your clones, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for a replacement to be considered.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
- 24-Hour Quality Guarantee: You must report any issues with your clones within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
- How to Make a Claim: Email clear photos of the issue from multiple angles, along with your order number, to info@exoticclones.com.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order was damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refunds: Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
